“Edge of Elsewhere” (2025), photograph by Linda Wachtel.

Jodie Grillmeier is a Melbourne-based photographer working across fine art and documentary photography. Her work documents the relationship between humans and animals through projects centred on zoos, museum collections, wildlife rehabilitation and conservation.
