Working with preserved specimens from Melbourne Museum, this project stages each one as a portrait, allowing their character and quiet presence to come to the foreground. Removed from the usual gallery context, these animals become sitters rather than exhibits, opening space to think about how museums hold memory, grief, and knowledge
